Raising staff skills is critical to continuous improvement and the RSC offers many services to support staff development. We cover all staff roles - curriculum, learning resources, managerial, quality, teacher training, technical and business support and our purpose is to stimulate and support innovation in learning.

Our focus is learning and the learner, rather than technology.
