East Midlands RSC supports Quality Managers by a range of methods, including:

• advice and guidance on the incorporation of e-learning into self assessment, classroom observation and other quality processes
• training for classroom observers, so they can recognise when e-learning is used well and when it could have been used to improve a session which is only satisfactory
• questionnaires to explore the learner experience of the use of technology on their course
